Google API: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Yes. We offer AI-powered features through third-party providers including OpenAI and Google AI. Your input and output may be processed by these providers to enable the AI features. You must not use our AI products in violation of those providers' terms.

If you register or log in using a social media account, we receive certain profile information (such as name, email, and profile picture) from that provider. We use this information only as described in this Privacy Notice.

Our servers are located in Canada. Your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries. We take all necessary measures to protect your information in accordance with applicable law, including the use of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform standard has been finalized.

We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for commercial purposes in the past 12 months. 15. Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure

CalenDue integrates with Google services to provide scheduling features. When you connect your Google Account, we request access to the following scopes: openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile, calendar.events, calendar.calendarlist, and calendar.calendars. These are used solely to authenticate you, display your calendars, and sync your academic events.

CalenDue does not use or transfer Google user data for advertising, analytics, or resale. Human access to Google user data is strictly prohibited except with your explicit consent, for security/debugging, or as required by law. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top. We encourage you to review this notice frequently.
